In the 1968 movie Bullet, Steve McQueen plays a police detective working on solving a case. In the movie is this epic car chase. This car chase has been known as the best car chase scene in any movie ever, and it is still consistently voted in the top. The reason this car chase is still voted so high is because of how visually awesome it looks. The car chase was choreographed by the film makers to be the most intense heart pounding scene ever, and they succeeded. Regardless of how great this scene is, it depicts a crime, it is two men fleeing from a police officer. The film makers wanted to make this crime look beautiful on screen. In movies, this is a common theme, crime is often shown to be cool and this scene is no different in made crime look cool, and beautiful.
