Punter a 19 year old caught after making up to $10 million dollars worth in damage. When they arrested him, they found black books, computer files and camera pictures of his artwork. The police state that some people may see it as art work but other might not. This is a danger to his himself because of the places he graffitied things on like the sign over the freeway, and this might have been connected to other crimes of drugs and or tied to gangs.
