A Swiss woman artist named Milo Moire walked around many European cities, with only two mirror boxes covering her breasts and vagina. She then asked strangers to touch either her breast or vagina for 30 seconds to make a statement that women and men are equal in sexuality instead of passive receiver therefore women including herself should have the right to decide when and where to let someone else touch their body. She was then arrested and had to pay a 4 digit fine. in my opinion, her body was not naked in public, she had mirror boxes covering the parts that aren’t supposed to be shown in public therefore by definition this is not an indecent exposure. She is simply expressing her opinion on sexual consent. This is an example i think where i think it is at the border between art and crime. This particular performance leans towards art in my opinion.
