Threats made knowingly and willingly against the President is a felony. Taking a video/photo of a replica of the President’s head and then publishing it, how would one not think there would backlash. Though Kathy Griffin did not get charged with a crime, she did lose a lot more in life. Were the repercussions of trying to push the line even further worth it in the long run?
